Delivery Locations

We deliver within Nairobi County and to other counties across Kenya through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after full payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed on the same day may qualify for same-day delivery, depending on product availability, delivery location, and the time of the order.

Personalized items require additional preparation time and are processed after artwork approval, where applicable.

Delivery Timelines

For Nairobi County, same-day delivery is available for eligible orders placed early in the day. Standard deliveries are completed within selected delivery windows, typically between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Expedited delivery is available within Nairobi at an additional cost. This option assigns a dedicated rider to deliver the order at a specified time.

For locations outside Nairobi, orders are delivered the next working day via courier partners. Delivery times typically fall between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Orders for out-of-town delivery must be completed by 4:00 pm on the day before dispatch.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary by location, delivery option, and order size. The final delivery charge is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Recipient Availability

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available at the provided delivery address during the selected delivery window.

If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be returned and rescheduled for delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

Delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details are the customer’s responsibility. Any additional redelivery costs will be charged to the customer.

Courier Partner Deliveries

For deliveries outside Nairobi, courier partners handle transportation and delivery. While we provide tracking details, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s operational schedules, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Delivery Delays

Although we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly if there are any delays.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Dispatch notifications and tracking details will be shared once your order is on its way.

Damaged or Missing Items
