For same-day deliveries within Nairobi, orders are delivered within 2–3 hours after successful checkout and payment.
For orders placed early in the day, deliveries within Nairobi environs are typically completed between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
Q. How long does delivery take outside Nairobi?
Orders outside Nairobi are delivered the next working day at an additional fee of KSh. 500. These deliveries are handled through our courier partners and usually arrive between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Please note: Orders for out-of-town delivery must be completed by 4:00 pm the day before dispatch.

Our delivery team carries a delivery note that lists the items and recipient details—prices are never included.

At the moment, we do not offer payment on delivery. All orders must be fully paid for—including delivery fees—before dispatch.

Personalised items require one working day to prepare.
Before production, we’ll send you a digital artwork preview via email or WhatsApp for approval. Timely approval—preferably before 6:00 pm—ensures your delivery is not delayed.
Once artwork is approved and production begins, changes cannot be made.
